• Run your AI visibility audit and generate your report
• Send your audit results to you via email
• Provide occasional follow-up communication about your audit findings and how to improve your scores

That's it. We don't use your data for advertising, profiling, or anything unrelated to the audit experience.

Data Retention

We retain your data indefinitely to support historical comparisons and re-audits. This means if you run another audit in the future, we can show you how your scores have changed over time. If you'd like your data deleted at any point, just ask (see "Your Rights" below).

Third-Party Services

We use a small number of third-party services to deliver the audit experience:

• Postmark — for email delivery (sending your audit results)
• GoHighLevel — for CRM and scheduling

Your data is shared with these services only as needed to deliver your audit results and support communication. We do not share your data with any other third parties.

We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Period.

Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies. No analytics cookies are set. Your visit to GeoScan Pro is not tracked by third-party advertising or analytics platforms.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of all your data at any time by emailing jim@geoscanpro.com. We'll process your request promptly and confirm when your data has been removed.

You can also unsubscribe from any follow-up emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email we send.
